I am a handicap 12 golfer, and have a pretty good distance on my shots (290 - 300 off the tee), but rarely hit the fareways. I had always said that I was willing to sacrifice a bit of distance for accuracy on my shots. With my new R9, I have been able to control my shots and am hitting around 80% of my fairways, although I lost around 15 yards. I really don't mind loosing the distance, but with my new accuracy on the drive I only have to worry now of my fairway woods, irons and putt...he he he. Really, this club has really helped me improve my game. I used to play the TM R5.
